Split extruder |
product details
Significant features:
The barrel can be divided, and the screw and the inner bushing of the barrel can be combined at will.
Structural characteristics:
Split barrel. In the past, the barrel of twin-screw extruder was integral and could not be opened. The split twin-screw extruder is separated. It consists of upper and lower half barrels. The lower half barrel is fixed on the frame, and the upper half barrel is connected to the lower half barrel by worm wheel reducer. Usually, the first half barrel and the second half barrel are tightened by two rows of bolts. When the barrel needs to be opened, only the bolts need to be loosened to open the barrel.
Building block screw and barrel. The screw and barrel of the split twin-screw extruder are all designed as building blocks. The screw is composed of various kinds of screw blocks which are set on the core axle.
The main engine twin screw is a high-speed co-rotating gear, which can produce very strong and complex material transfer and exchange, shunt mixing and shear kneading in various threads and mixing components.
Accurate measurement and reasonable feeding method are the key to strictly implement the formula, and also the first key to ensure product quality. According to the performance of materials and the needs of users, we have multiple feeding methods, such as volume measurement, dynamic vector calculation and so on, to meet the needs of different products.
Excellent control system.
The system is equipped with drawing water-cooled granulation, hot-cut water-cooled, hot-cut air-cooled and other granulation methods. It can be configured according to different materials and user requirements.
Application examples:
Fiberglass reinforced and resistant fuel granulation (e.g. PA6, PA66, PET, PBT, PP). PC Enhanced Flame Retardant, etc.
High filler granulation (e.g. PE, PP 75% CaCo3)
Granulation of Thermosensitive Materials (e.g. PVC, XLPE Cable Materials)
Concentrated masterbatch (e.g. 50% color powder)
Antistatic Masterbatch, Alloy, Coloring and Low Filling Blend Granulation
Granulation of cable material (e.g. sheath material, insulating material)
Granulation of XLPE tube material (e.g. masterbatch for hot water crosslinking)
Mixing and extrusion of thermosetting plastics (e.g. phenolic resin, epoxy resin, powder coatings)
Reactive extrusion granulation of hot melt adhesives and PU (e.g. EVA hot melt adhesives and polyurethane)
K Resin and SBS Devolatilization Granulation
